Take your newly-received certificates (and your family or friends) to meet our friendly photographers for your very own professional studio portraits, either indoors against a backdrop or on the graduation lawn (weather-permitting) in your academic gown!

Graduation studios offer seemingly reasonable $30 photoshoots, only to charge $65 for each image you want to keep. It adds up very quickly.

The Photography Society is run by students, for students. We know what a student budget is like – you’ll never pay extra.

We take pride in our work. There are no maximum limits on how many photos each person receives. If it takes ten photos to get the perfect lighting, absolutely – we’ll do ten photos, no questions asked. This is your moment, and we’ll ensure it stays as such. That’s our promise.

Photoshoot FAQ’s:

How do I book my photoshoot?

You can book your photoshoot session using the links in the schedule guides above. If any date/time is listed as full, we are unable to accept any further bookings due to capacity.

Do you accept walk-ins on the day?

No. You may book online after the session has commenced if there are still tickets available, however, you must present a valid ticket for the correct timeslot when you arrive on the day. This allows us to hold capacity.

How many photos can I take?

As many as you want! Your ticket category determines how many styles of photos you can take. We’ll continue snapping identical styles until you are happy!

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive photos via your booking email with a link to Google Drive 1-3 weeks after your ceremony date. These photos will be edited, graded, and indexed in very high quality, suitable for web and print at large sizes. Unlike most corporate photographers, we will never charge you extra fees for downloading photos, and all your photos will be in original high quality

Please be vigilant and check your email’s spam folder as emails with external links are commonly flagged as spam.

Who can I invite to my photoshoot?

You can invite anybody you want! Numbers are only limited by how many people we can fit in front of the backdrop, and we suggest no more than 6 or 7 people.

How long will my photoshoot take?

This depends on the number of photo styles on your ticket. A graduate with only 2 photo styles will be done in a few minutes, while another graduate with 10 photo styles and multiple guests may take up to 15 minutes.

How long do you keep photos for?

We only keep photos online for a few weeks after your ceremony date. To ensure you receive all your photos, we suggest downloading all your photos once you receive them to avoid losing them.

Due to privacy & online safety, we delete all photos systematically and are unable to retrieve lost photos if you have not downloaded them in time.
